MoreWEST CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa. — Standards that will measure the properties of hydrocarbon resins are being developed by American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) Subcommittee D01.38 on Hydrocarbon Resins, part of Committee D-1 on Paint and Related Coatings, Materials and Applications.
