Permabond has announced the launch of a new range of UV-curable adhesives. This product line offers rapid cure times and adhesion to a wide variety of substrates, providing a simple, fast, and cost-effective bonding solution. UV-curable adhesives are single-part and cure within seconds of exposure to ultraviolet light. This allows for accurate alignment of components, as the adhesives do not cure until exposed to the UV light. Once exposed to UV light, cure is virtually instantaneous. This provides the user with considerable savings in production time, as well as increased throughput. Permabond's new UV-curable adhesives can be used in a variety of applications, from bonding glass furniture and cabinets to tiny electrical components on a high-speed production line.
