A new label matrix removal system from label equipment manufacturer Precision AirConvey Corp. automatically captures, cuts and evacuates sticky label matrix, trim, offcuts, and other waste for easy recycling or disposal. Ideal for installation in label manufacturing, converting, packaging, printing and other facilities, the breakthrough TrimAC PSA is coated with a proprietary anti-stick material that ensures the matrix is cleanly cut and smoothly evacuated without sticking to the inline cutter or piping. Costly line downtime and maintenance due to troublesome clogs are virtually eliminated. This automated unit excels in the continuous cutting and removal of pressure-sensitive adhesives and other label matrix materials.
