House Passes $6 Billion "Cash for Caulkers" Act

The House today approved the $6 billion Cash for Caulkers act, reports Daily Finance. The Home Star Energy Retrofit Act of 2010 (S.3177) aims to stimulate domestic manufacturing of products that contain adhesives and sealants.
