Lear Corp. Files for Chapter 11 (7/7/09)

The Associated Press reports that Southfield, MI-based auto parts maker Lear Corp. has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
