When it comes to health and beauty, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. MACtac’s new Ultra Squeeze films offer no distraction from the beauty of the package, and consumers will benefit from the ultimate in squeezability. A MACtac® Roll Label innovation, these new films feature the specially-engineered MACtac MP238 adhesive.
“At 2.0 mils, our new Ultra Squeeze White and Clear films are stiff enough to be auto-applied, but thin and conformable enough to provide the wall-to-wall squeezability necessary for shampoos, lotions, and other related products,” said Jim Kisthardt, Prime Films product manager, MACtac Roll Label. “In addition, we utilize our innovative, highly squeezable MP238 adhesive, which maintains its clarity even when wet.”
The MACtac MP238 permanent acrylic adhesive offers excellent wet-out, wet-stick and open time for repositionability. The facestocks are 2.0-mil clear and white topcoated BOPP. For added functionality and convenience, the product is available with either a paper or PET film liner, depending on the needs of the converter and packager. The PET liner is recommended for the ultimate in clarity and the highest converting and dispensing throughput.
