Since its founding in 1978, Sheepscot has designed and manufactured single and plural-component dispensing products for customers in the Americas, Europe and Asia. Our piston metering systems utilize positively actuated ball valves to divert material into and out of the metering cylinders, ensuring the consistency of flow and accuracy of the ratioed fluids. Sheepscot's Incrematic design optimizes long-term performance by utilizing the full stroke of the large metering cylinders to produce a series of shots, thus reducing the amount of linear travel and wear associated with a given volume of material. This is critically important when dispensing resins with abrasive fillers.
