Scapa has introduced Dublfilm S995, a strong and versatile double-coated pressure-sensitive adhesive film that offers excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates. The product is ideal for foam fabrication, industrial assembly, splicing of printing and coating webs, EPDM rubber bonding, and general bonding and assembly. S995 is a polyester film, double-coated on the liner side with an acrylic adhesive, and on the exposed side with an aggressive, high-tack, high-peel rubber-based adhesive. The product displays superior adhesion to ether and ester foams, and bonds well to low-surface-energy plastics.
