Scapa North America now offers Unifilm U631A, a low-fogging adhesive transfer film for automotive assembly applications, including general assembly, trim attachment, and foam lamination for gasketing and NVH reduction. This high-performance acrylic adhesive transfer film provides excellent adhesion and high initial wet-out on a variety of urethane foams, as well as good adhesion to metals and plastics. The adhesive provides extremely high tack, quick stick and peel strength, as well as excellent humidity and water-soak resistance. Uniform U631A performs well in a range of temperatures and meets the requirements of several OEM specifications, including GM3622 (Type 1), GM3607M (Type 1), and DCX MS CC-211.
