MoreSealant Equipment & Engineering Inc.'s servo-driven MicroMeter III meter/mix system dispenses precision beads of mixed, two-component reactive resins (silicone, epoxy, etc.). The system is designed to dispense micro-beads whose total volume is from .02 to 3 cc's, depending upon the ratio. Dispensing precison beads with a servo system—including patterns with a complex bead path—is faster and easier with the system. The user can vary the dispense flow rate with a 0-10vDC signal to the servo controller, which readily interfaces with the automation.
