A broad line of heavy-duty side-entry mixers designed with easy access to all bearings and seals, which are commercially available to simplify user maintenance, is available from Sharpe Mixers of Seattle, WA.

Sharpe V-Series Side-Entry Mixers feature steel housings, rigid motor mounts, oversize shafting, premium Dodge type “E” piloted dual tapered-roller bearings, belt drives with “QD” style bushings, and HYFLO 4-blade impellers to produce maximum fluid flow per unit horsepower. Suitable for a range of applications, these mixers are designed to be maintained using off-the-shelf commercial components to minimize user costs and downtime.

Offered with seal materials and construction to match customer requirements, and easily accessible grease fittings and lube ports, Sharpe V-Series Side Entry Mixers are available in sizes ranging from 1.5- to 300-hp motors, 1.5” to 6” dia. shafts, and 12” to 48” impellers.
