Sika AG, Baar, Switzerland, has announced the acquisition of Iotech Group Limited, a formulator, producer and supplier of polyurethane liquid membranes and intermediates with headquarters in England and subsidiaries in the U.S. and Belgium. The transaction closed on Jan. 26. Previously a privately owned company, Iotech Group revenues totaled $55 million in 2008.
