The Multi-Dispense enables users to control up to four coating modules through one control unit, eliminating the need for time-consuming cleaning and change-over. SCS Spincoat systems and the new Multi-Dispense represent the standard in operating precision and programming flexibility. The Multi-Dispense unit is powered and controlled by an SCS-programmable spincoat system. There are two dispense modules currently available-stainless steel and high-density polyethylene (HDPE)-to accommodate a wide range of coatings, including photoresists, polyimides, metallo-organics and dopants, solvents, and cleaning solutions.
