UV-cure products supplier Double Bond of Taiwan has created a new subsidiary: Double Bond Chemical Industries USA Inc. Joseph Leon has been appointed president of the new company, which will initially be based in West Simsbury, CT. Leon is one of the founding partners of Zeon Technologies and, since 2001, has been general manager of Bomar Specialties Co.

Double Bond Chemical Industries Co. Ltd. is a global chemical producer of monomers, oligomers and photoinitiators.
