Techcon Systems Appoints Technical Sales Rep

Techcon Systems, a leading provider of fluid and adhesive dispensing systems, has announced the appointment of Ian Jennings as technical sales representative. Jennings, formerly responsible for technical support at Techcon, has been promoted to the new position as part of the company’s strategy to expand its European sales operation.

Jennings will collaborate with Steve Collier, European sales manager, and will be responsible for expanding Techcon Systems’ range of consumable products in the UK, Ireland, Scandinavia, and Benelux. The company’s product range includes industrial dispensing syringes, cartridges and fluid dispensing tips, as well as automated fluid dispensing solutions including adhesive, liquid and epoxy dispenser systems, precision valves, and controllers.

Jennings began his career at Techcon Systems in 1996 as a quality controller and was later promoted to the service department. Following a three-year course in electronics servicing, he was given the task of setting up a bespoke valve repair service for a high-profile client. It was from here that Jennings was introduced to technical support.
