TRA-CON INTRODUCES NON-EXOTHERMIC ADHESIVE SOLUTION

TRA-CON's new adhesive solution, LX30075, is a non-exothermic version of its popular Tra-Bond 77-1S. This product is a one-component solvent-free epoxy adhesive that exhibits high glass transition temperature and high bond strength. LX30075 is ideal for attaching surface mounted devices and forms good bonds to a variety of substrates, including glass, ceramic, most metals and plastics. LX30075 can be shipped overseas, given its non-exothermic characteristics. It is available in premixed, frozen syringes of varying sizes. It has a smooth consistency and medium viscosity that permits it to be dispensed through very small diameter needles. The product has a very long working life; it can be manipulated for up to 5 days at room temperature. It can be cured in as fast as 1 hour at 150 degrees C.
