Tra-Bond 2254 is the perfect solution for high-temperature applications where good thermal conductivity and good electrical resistance is required. 2254 is great for staking electrical components or capacitors, and for aerospace applications where outgassing is critical. 2254 is a thixotropic, two-part epoxy that bonds readily to glass, ceramics, plastic and metal. It is easy to handle at room temperature, though a final cure at 100 degrees C is required. Tra-Bond 2254 develops strong bonds that are resistant to weathering, water, salts and many organic and inorganic compounds, and can withstand continuous operating temperatures of up to 210 degrees C.
