MoreTruSeal Technologies Inc. has announced Lori Postak's promotion to associate director of research and development. In her new position, Postak, a polymer chemist, will be responsible for product support, project portfolio management and specific key projects. Prior to her promotion, she served for eight years in marketing as product manager, as well as project leader during the development of IG spacers. Postak was also involved in launching industry studies concerning argon permeability in IG sealants and IG unit testing. She is serving her second term on the board of governors of the Insulating Glass Certification Council and is a member of the Dept. of Energy Oversight Committee on Insulating Glass Durability.
