TTARP Industries, Inc. has announced the introduction of its new compact 26" x 20" die-cutting press for fabricating applications using low-density, non-metallic materials including foam, plastic, rubber, paper products and textiles. Available for manual or automatic operation, TTARP's new compact die cutter offers the performance features of the company's standard die-cutting systems in a lower-cost model with a smaller footprint. The new cutter uses 25" x 20" die boards, handling sheet or roll goods for through-cutting or kiss-cutting. Standard features include driven pinch rollers, PLC controlled indexing, adjustable cutting stroke and adjustable cutting pressure, and stops to determine accurate cutting depth. Special new features include automatic belt tracking, lightweight air clean-out dies, and air-activated die clamps, according to the company.
