ViscoTec has developed a dosing system that can reduce adhesive consumption. The key element of the dosing system is the valve-free two-component ViscoDuo-V dispenser, which combines a static mixer and doses by volume. Dosing output can be variably adjusted to the process speed of the robot system. With the ViscoDuo-V, highly filigree bead geometries can be realized, eliminating overdosing at the beginning or end of the adhesive bead.
