Daniel R. Joseph is the founder of Cultural Dragon Consulting, a management development and consulting firm specializing in globalization and cross-cultural management, with a particular focus on China. He is the author of Wen and the Art of Doing Business in China, a humorous and instructive book about his experience managing businesses in China. Prior to founding Cultural Dragon, Joseph held positions in finance (on Wall Street and in Taiwan) and in manufacturing management (in the U.S., Taiwan and China).
