While my flower beds are wilting and dying from the recent cold weather, it’s nice to be able to see fresh, vibrant flowers – albeit in photographs.
Every two years, a carpet of flowers is laid out on the Grand Place in Brussels. This year, 700,000 begonias form the largest tapestry of the Savonnerie the world: a tribute to the French presidency of the European Union.
