The 8th World Adhesive & Sealant Conference (WAC 2012) will be held next week in Paris, France. I’m looking forward to attending as many of the interesting conference topics as possible, ranging from green/sustainability and raw materials supply issues to exciting new products and technologies. Reconnecting with industry friends and colleagues is one of the best parts of attending trade shows/conferences, and I’m also really looking forward to meeting overseas representatives who might not have been able to attend previous U.S.-based events.

Of course, I can’t wait to explore the beautiful city of Paris. This will be my first visit, and my head is spinning with all of the suggestions from well-wishers who are trying to help me make the most of the trip.
