Major companies including Accenture, Deloitte and Microsoft have done away with employee performance reviews, replacing them with evaluations given per assignment and other more timely feedback. In last week's poll, we asked if you think this is a good idea.
 
A majority (75%) of participants said "Yes." Only 17% said "No," while 8% were unsure. 
 
One respondent said, "I think it's a great idea. That way accomplishments are fresh on everyone's mind." 
 
Another said, "Their performance should be based upon the average of several or yearly assignments. Consistent performance is what should be looked at."
