With GM out of bankruptcy, a new Kia Motors plant announced for Georgia, and Goldman Sachs expected to report stellar earnings this week, do you think we've finally seen the bottom of the recession?

Yes: 29.9%
No: 70.1%

Comments:

“GM has a long way to go to return to long-term profitability. The Kia plant is a threat to them. Someone should look into how Goldman can so suddenly make money after nearly going under.”

”There is continued fallout as municipal and state agencies run out of money and lay people off. The economy is still adjusting. The recession will end when the real unemployment bottoms out.”

“I see things bottoming out in mid-to-late 2010 or early 2011.”

“Government involvement in health care will take us down further.”
