Friday's Find: Skating on Soy

While skateboarding may be prohibited in some areas, soy seems to be welcome everywhere, as it is incorporated in increasingly more products as a way to go green.


The United Soybean Board (USB) and soybean checkoff are always looking for new ways to promote the use of soybeans in products, and recently introduced a new one: the glue used in COMET skateboards. A lab called e2eMaterials manufactures glue from soy resin that is used to hold skateboards together. Check them out here.
