Merquinsa today announced it has been granted the Frost & Sullivan 2008 Global Thermoplastic Urethane (TPU) Product Innovation Green Excellence of the Year Award. This award recognizes Merquinsa´s innovation in biopolymers, with its groundbreaking Bio TPU made from renewable carbon resources and marketed globally under Pearlthane and Pearlbond ECO brands for a range of “green” electronics, sports, automotive, footwear, and adhesive applications, among others.The award is given to companies that have demonstrated leadership toward implementing sustainable and environmentally conscious initiatives.
