Due to the dramatic increase and complexity of environmental, antitrust and regulatory compliance activities around the world, Air Products has appointed Diane Sheridan to the new position of chief risk officer. In her new role, Sheridan will be responsible for developing risk evaluation and quantification, measurements, and coordinating compliance activities with global laws and regulations. This position will cover the compliance areas of commerce, foreign trade, finance, employment, competition, environment, health and safety. Sheridan joined Air Products in 1984 as an attorney and was formerly vice president of Energy and Materials.
