ASC Fall Convention Focuses on New and Emerging Technologies
BETHESDA, Md. — The Adhesive and Sealant Council’s (ASC) 41st Fall Convention and Expo will take place October 24-27, 1999, at the Pittsburgh Hilton Hotel and Towers.
The convention will focus on new and emerging technologies, and will feature speakers from industry, the academic research community and end users. Sessions include emerging markets, e-commerce, SPURS technology (silated polyurethanes), new hybrid epoxy resins, customized block copolymers, functional polymers, and marketing. The technical sessions will cover bioadhesion, urethanes, reactive and moisture-cured hot melts, nano particles and radiation/UV-curable resin systems.
