RSS LLC recently announced that its Harmonite® composite has met all the requirements of the European Union’s (EU) REACH Article 33 “Substances of Very High Concern” communications protocols. The powder is reportedly used as a base ingredient, additive and process aid. None of the key constituents presented in the composite were reportedly currently listed on the EU REACH Candidate List making no downstream user communication obligations or other restrictions associated with the importation of Harmonite-containing products into the EU.
