You don’t mention your specific adhesive or sealant material, but in general, a ceramic surface tends to behave similarly to a glass surface. Silane adhesion promoters, such as epoxy functional or vinyl functional materials, are often effective here. Tetraethyl silicate solutions have also been used.
Most anaerobic adhesives will cure much faster with heat, but you will probably still be talking about 1-2 hrs for full cure. If really fast cures are required, then think about adding an azo initiator in small amounts (less than 1%). The adhesives will cure in a few minutes at about 100˚C. The great thing about azo initiators is that they do not react with virtually any other chemical, but merely produce free radicals on heating. Thus they will not interfere with your anaerobic cure system or cause shelf life problems.
