TSRC recently announced that it is changing its U.S. subsidiary’s legal name and entity from Dexco Polymers to TSRC Specialty Materials LLC, a Texas limited liability company. The name change reportedly reflects the company’s global presence and streamlines name recognition in its future business activities.
