Sika Announces 2020 Financial Results, Taps Hasler to Succeed Schuler in May

Sika recently announced its 2020 financial results, including sales of approximately CHF 7.9 billion (~ $8.8 billion). This represents a 2.9% decline in CHF and a 3.4% increase in local currencies. The company reports that its 2020 fiscal year was overshadowed by the COVID-19 pandemic, which had a number of severe effects for the construction and automotive sectors.
