As it turns out, electric car makers and tech companies are eagerly looking for cobalt mines with conflict-free mining, and Cobalt Ontario might just be the “silver” ticket. The Cobalt community may just start booming again, thanks to a Vancouver-based company that is purchasing previous mines, as well as other potential spots around the area, since demand for cobalt is greater than ever for its use in lithium-ion batteries.
