Digitaltest, a provider of innovative test production and quality control solutions for electronics manufacturers, and Herbert Schmidt GmbH, a distributor of software for the electronics manufacturing industry, have announced the signing of a strategic partnership agreement. Under the terms of the agreement, Herbert Schmidt GmbH will take over the sales, marketing and support activities for Digitaltest's C-Link concurrent engineering automation software and QMAN quality management software for the electronics manufacturing industry, while Digitaltest will continue to handle product development and enhancements as well as customization.
