Sika Automotive Division Announces Personnel Appointments

Sika Automotive Division USA recently announced personnel promotions in the Research and Development Group. Leslie Wolschleger, former Research and Development group leader, was promoted to lab manager, Thermoplastic Part Team, reporting to Patricia Heidtman, vice president of Research and Development. Since joining Sika in 2006 as a research chemist, Wolschleger has had a number of responsibilities, most recently leading the group responsible for Baffle and Reinforcer products.

Michelle Climie, former chemist, was promoted to project chemist, reporting to Wolschleger. Since joining Sika in 2001 as a technician, Climie has worked on varied cost saving and product development initiatives.

Jena Mabilia, former product development chemist, was promoted to project chemist, reporting to Steve Davis, Lab manager R&D. Since joining Sika in 2001 as a junior chemist, Mabilia has had multiple responsibilities in developing Baffle and Reinforcer product lines.
