Durabond 454B aluminum-filled epoxy maintains bond strengths of 1,000 psi at 400ºF. The product cures at room temperature to form a high-strength, machinable composite with high-temperature stability and excellent chemical, corrosion and shock resistance. Durabond 454B adheres to most metals, plastics, high-performance composites, glass and ceramics. Applications include bonding brake pads and assemblies; rebuilding worn housings and tank linings; filling cracks, holes, voids and blowholes; and repairing pumps, valves, machines and castings.
