Stratton has worked for Garlock for six years, both in product engineering and manufacturing in its expansion joint operations. He previously served as engineering manager for Alton Manufacturing, a tool and die manufacturer based in Rochester, N.Y.
He holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, as well as an A.A.S. degree in plastic technology from SUNY Morrisville.
