H.B. Fuller Co. recently announced it has been named one of the Top Workplaces in the Twin Cities, MN, metro area based on an employee survey by the Star Tribune. H.B. Fuller was ranked 17th on the large company list. Its employees reportedly say the company is a great place to work because managers “listen to the team, ask for feedback, and act on issues quickly to get issues resolved.” Employees also said they appreciate “the emphasis that is placed on winning the right way,” noting that “recognition, whether that simply is a thanks or one of the more formal programs, makes me feel appreciated.”
“At H.B. Fuller, we are committed to employee engagement and talent development,” said Jim Owens, president and CEO. “This recognition as one of the Star Tribune’s Top Workplaces 2011 reinforces our dedication to creating a desirable culture where people are excited to come to work and contribute.”
