I&J FISNAR: Autotube Dispenser

The Autotube dispensing system from I&J Fisnar Inc. is an excellent method for dispensing all of the material contained in a collapsible "toothpaste type" tube. Dispensing from tubes can be messy and imprecise; getting the material to the right location, and in the right amount, is difficult. The Autotube dispenser provides a quick tube connection within a cartridge protected by a high-pressure metal retainer and quick-snap cap. The retainer can be inserted in a gun handle with a trigger switch or mounted on a stand and activated using a foot switch. A model DSP501A dispenser controls the dispense cycle. Upon operation of the gun trigger or foot switch, the DSP501A sends a timed air pulse to the cartridge containing the tube. The tube is evenly subjected to the timed air pressure, resulting in precise deposits with higher production yields and greater operator comfort.
