MOYNO INC.: Pump

Moyno® PowerFlowTM Pumps deliver low shear, airless transfer of adhesives and sealants, handling viscosities to 1,000,000 cps with flow rates to 400 GPM and pressures to 1,500 psi. Hardened tool steel pumping elements provide long life and the proprietary Power SealTM ensures sealing integrity.

The advantages of metal pumping elements are considerable for adhesive and sealant applications, permitting the PowerFlow pump to handle higher temperatures and pressures and a broader range of material capability. The PowerFlow pump provides superior performance under any combination of high pressure, high temperature and high chemical resistance, yet retains the low-shear feature of the progressing cavity design to minimize foaming and product degradation. Proprietary manufacturing processes ensure critical pumping element tolerances for handling thin liquids as well, including flushing solvents.

For adhesive hot melts and sealants, bolt-on heat jackets ensure that a constant operating temperature is maintained within the pumping elements to optimize process efficiency and prevent materials from solidifying inside the pump.
