Schenck AccuRate has announced the promotion of Steve Becker to director of Sales. In his new role, Becker will be responsible for directing the North American sales force for the chemical, food, pharmaceutical, plastic, cement, aggregates, gypsum and steel industries.

Becker has been with the company for 15 years, filling such roles as mechanical engineer, mechanical engineering manger, Alternative Fuels market manager and director of Heavy Sales. Becker has a bachelor’s degree in general engineering.
