Aceto Corp. has announced some structural changes to its businesses. Keith Wilkinson’s global business development responsibilities in the Specialty Chemicals business segment have increased, while Guillaume Saint Clair will be responsible for managing both the company’s pharmaceutical intermediates business and the specialty chemicals business overseas.

“Over the past several months, we have restructured the way Aceto manages its operations into more of a vertically integrated, global team built around each of our various businesses,” said Vincent G. Miata, Aceto president and CEO. “We adopted this approach from the successful implementation of our globalized nutraceutical business several years ago. The announcements that we have made today represent some of the key players in this new management structure, individuals with important roles in coordinating and managing the international pieces of our businesses units.”
