MoreThe Brookfield Engineering Laboratories Board of Directors recently accepted the resignation of Louis DiCorpo as chairman of the board. The board expressed its gratitude to DiCorpo, who has served Brookfield and its customers for more than 55 years. DiCorpo will stay active and involved with the company, continuing on with the title of chairman emeritus.
The board unanimously appointed previous president David Brookfield to the position of chairman of the board. He continues to serve as the company’s CEO and will continue to lead Research & Product Development.
