Darex Names Merritt Marketing Manager For Can Sealants

Darex, a leading supplier of can and closure sealants and coatings to the packaged food and beverage industry, has announced the addition of Ginger Merritt to the company as marketing manager of its Can Sealants product line. Merritt will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, including brand positioning and global accounts management initiatives. An industry veteran, Merritt joins Darex from CUNO, Inc., where she served as senior global marketing manager for the company's coatings and general industrial filtration technologies. Her extensive experience also includes technical and marketing management positions at Akzo Nobel and Eastman Chemical (formerly McWhorter Technologies).
