DYNEON NAMES NEW BUSINESS LEADER

3M has announced the appointment of William (Bill) Myers to the position of president of Dyneon LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of 3M. Myers comes to Dyneon from his most recent assignment as business director of 3M's Performance Materials European Business Unit. He has over 23 years of experience at 3M, which includes assignments in manufacturing, engineering, business and management in 3M's Specialty Materials businesses. "Dyneon has an exceptional reputation in the global marketplace earned by providing outstanding customer service and excellent product quality," Myers said. "My intention is to continue to build on this extraordinary reputation," he added. Myers succeeds Antonius (Tony) J. Theunissen, who has been appointed vice president of 3M's newly formed Specialty Materials Division.
