BROOKFIELD PROMOTES MOI TO V.P. OF INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Brookfield Engineering Laboratories, Middleboro, MA, has announced the promotion of Joe Moi to vice president of International Business Development. For the past sixteen years, Moi has served as managing director of Brookfield Viscometers Ltd. UK; for two years prior to that, he served as Brookfield's European marketing manager.

DOW AUTOMOTIVE NAMES BLANK V.P. OF NORTH AMERICAN SALES

Bill Blank has been named vice president, North American Sales for Dow Automotive, Auburn Hills, MI. Blank's responsibilities in this role include the leadership and management of customer interface activities in the region, which includes overseeing all OEM and tier supplier sales, as well as application-development engineering, program management, and after-the-sale plant service.

FLOWSERVE NAMES KLING PRESIDENT, CEO AND BOARD MEMBER

ROBBINS & MYERS FLUID MANAGEMENT GROUP NAMES PRESIDENT

Saeid Rahimian has been appointed president of the newly formed Robbins & Myers Fluid Management Group, Springfield, OH, which includes Moyno and R&M Energy Systems. In his new role, Rahimian is responsible for over 1,100 employees with annual revenues in excess of $200 million. The Robbins & Myers Fluid Management Group has operations in more than 20 locations and 10 countries.

TREMCO COMPLETES ILLBRUCK ACQUISITION

RPM International Inc., Medina, OH, has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Tremco Inc., has completed its acquisition of privately owned illbruck Sealant Systems, located in Leverkusen, Germany, for approximately $137 million, including net debt assumption of approximately $10 million, subject to certain post-closing adjustments.
