MoreHuntsman Corp. has appointed Sir Robert Margetts as a new director to its Board of Directors, effective August 4.Margetts has served as chairman of Huntsman Corp.-Europe since 2000, a position from which he resigned in connection with his appointment as a director. In addition, he currently serves as chairman of Ensus Ltd., the Energy Technologies Institute, and Ordnance Survey, and as non-executive director of Wellstream Holdings PLC and Falck Renewables PLC. He worked for ICI from 1969 until 2000, and served as the vice chairman of its Main Board.
