RHE America has announced the introduction of its new EPV 25 Sample Valve to allow sampling during both pressurized and vacuum operation of the reactor at up to 570 degrees F. The sample valve, which was originally designed to improve the operations at resin manufacturing facilities, has applications in a wide variety of industries. The primary feature of the EPV 25 is a pneumatically operated piston with a sample chamber of defined volume. Before the sampling operation, the sample chamber is located inside the reactor vessel and is therefore continually immersed in the product. This immersion guarantees a representative sample. The double sealing of the circular slit metallic packing and the valve seat allows for sampling during both pressurized and vacuum operation of the reactor. RHE America offers a trial program whereby the client tries the valve for 30 days and may return it free of charge if not satisfied.
