Adhesive and sealant supplier Techsil Ltd. has announced it has acquired Fospat Industrial Ltd.

“We are aware that Fospat have long served a loyal and happy group of customers,” said Paul Hughes, managing director of Techsil. “We aim to continue to provide the same excellent service into the future. Techsil has taken over the distribution agreement with Power Adhesives and will work hard to ensure a seamless transition as we absorb the hot-melt, adhesives, and glue-gun business into our existing organization.

“The combination of Techsil and Fospat Industrial Ltd. will create a sizeable adhesives distribution business,” Hughes said.
